The kriya dives into movements specifically targeting the Manipura chakra. In one of the main exercises, practitioners extend their arms straight out in front, with palms facing outwards. The focus here is on long, deep breaths that activate the belly, teaching participants to leverage their navel chakra strength. By exhaling strongly and pumping the belly inwards with each breath, practitioners chant the internal mantra “har” with vigor. This creates a resonance that ignites self-belief and confidence.
As individuals continue with the movements, they are reminded to recognize the fire of the Manipura chakra within them—the energy that empowers dreams and ambitions.
