Practitioners are guided to inhale deeply, hold the breath, and exhale fully, creating a triangle of breath that circulates the energy of the Manipura chakra throughout the body. The practice culminates in a radiant energy flow, reinforcing feelings of strength and determination.
Finally, participants return their palms to the heart center, offering gratitude for their physical and spiritual practice. A collective chant of “sat nam” brings the session to a close, reinforcing the affirmation of truth and identity.
