As we engage in the movements, emphasis is placed on turning the head side to side, synchronizing breath with motion. This maneuver is visually and physically invigorating, as it encourages a deeper stretch along the neck and throat area.
Further, the hands play a significant role, as movements incorporate lifting and lowering the forearms while gently rotating the head. This promotes not only physical flexibility but also mental clarity and emotional release.
