Through multiple rounds of sun salutations, the body awakens, becomes energized, and feels the release of any stagnant energies. By this sixth day, participants may notice significant progress in their flexibility, stamina, and comfort within the practice. It provides a powerful reminder that regular engagement leads to transformation and self-empowerment.
