After an invigorating practice, participants are guided to relax into Savasana, allowing the heat cultivated during the session to settle. A focus on deep relaxation fosters an environment for integration—encouraging an appreciation for the work completed and the feelings that arise from it.
Once reawakened, participants gently transition back into a seated position, taking a moment to reflect on the shifts that occurred throughout this practice. A heart-centered gratitude is cultivated, inviting appreciation for the journey and commitment exhibited.
