Breath Work: Take a deep inhale while lengthening your spine, followed by a full exhale.
Locks (Bandhas): Engage the root lock (squeezing the anus), abdominal lock (pulling the navel towards the spine), and throat lock (bringing the chin down).
Focus: Channel your consciousness to the three chakras—first on the Muladhara for three seconds, followed by the Manipura and Vishuddhi chakras.
Release: Progressively release each lock while inhaling deeply again and exhaling cleanly.
Repeat: Conduct several rounds of this process on each side and then with both feet.
