Transitioning into physical movement, participants dive into Sufi Grinds, a spinal warm-up that promotes flexibility and energy circulation within the body. This exercise emphasizes the heart space, using the rhythm of breath and motion to awaken the entire spine while maintaining a focus on the center of the chest.
Subsequently, the session flows into a kneeling position where various movements—namely spinal flexes, shoulder strokes, and the challenging Ustrasana (Camel Pose)—are introduced. Each posture encourages participants to root energy from their heart space, experimenting with breath control and body positioning to cultivate lightness and acceptance.
