By placing the middle finger and thumb together while resting hands on the knees, individuals are prompted to close their eyes and shift their focus inward. This grounding exercise paves the way for deepening one’s breathing awareness, particularly focusing on the abdominal area.
Participants are guided through a series of intentional breaths, emphasizing the inhalation and exhalation into the navel, which corresponds to the energy center of the Manipur chakra.
