Deepening the Practice
Continuing with double leg lifts, participants are instructed to engage in deep, purposeful breathing. This stimulates the core and strengthens the solar plexus, which is considered the seat of personal power. The collective energy in the room fosters an encouraging atmosphere, motivating everyone to let go of distractions and focus wholly on their movements, thereby enhancing their meditative state.
