The meditation begins with participants making themselves comfortable, allowing their bodies to unwind while quieting the conscious mind. Ali encourages breath awareness, guiding them through deep inhalations and exhalations to help them settle into stillness.
As discomfort may arise, Ali reassures participants to adjust their bodies, maintaining comfort and a connection to stillness. The focus is directed towards the sensations within the body, inviting curiosity and openness as participants continue to breathe deeply.
