Transitioning Breath and Energy

As you reach the completion of your Breath of Fire, lean into an inhalation and suspend your breath. Gaze softly at your third eye, allowing energy to flow freely before exhaling and switching to the other side.

When folding forward, it's crucial to maintain an open heart; avoid collapsing into the pose. Continue to press the big toe as you breathe, performing the Breath of Fire once more, then allowing yourself to inhale, suspend your breath, and gaze at the third eye again before transitioning into a lying position.


Finding Balance with Leg Movements

Once lying on your back, extend your feet skyward. Coordinating your breathing, allow your heels to gently tap your buttocks, continuing this motion for about two minutes.
