Engage in the Breath of Fire again, which serves to strengthen your lower back and stimulate the brain. Continue this powerful breathing for two minutes, inhaling deeply at the end before allowing yourself to relax.
Engaging in Stretch and Breath
After plank pose, find your way into a stretch pose. Focus on your toes as you inhale to hold your breath, then exhale. Repeat this sequence, integrating an understanding of the physical engagement with your breath.
In Easy Pose, stretch your arms out wide, tense your fingers, and once again suspend your inhalation, pulling the energy into your heart. This is followed by a powerful exhale through the nose.
