Part 3/8:
Unlocking Energy Through Yin and Kundalini Yoga
The practice begins with a grounding—inviting participants to settle onto a folded blanket that elevates the sit bones, encouraging comfort and stability. Participants are introduced to the third chakra mudra, placing their palms together before the solar plexus, a gesture that cultivates connection and intention.
In this space, attendees are encouraged to close their eyes, breathe deeply, and visualize a fiery yellow sun glowing in the belly, symbolizing confidence and warmth. The session proceeds with various poses designed to open up the solar plexus region—allowing dense energy, emotions, and blockages to release, making way for renewed vitality.
