The Manipura chakra is primarily associated with confidence, purpose, and direction. It acts as the center of our self-worth and plays a crucial role in our feelings of empowerment. By engaging with this chakra, we can eliminate fears and negativity, thereby allowing ourselves to tap into our inner strength and confidence.
As we prepare to practice our exercises, it’s essential to create a comfortable space, ideally on our knees in a seated position called the "rock pose." This position serves as a metaphor; if one can sit here comfortably, they can digest difficult experiences just like rocks.
