The group meditation begins by tuning in with the call to reflect and respect the inner wisdom present within everyone. Gur Shabed leads participants through a few initial breaths, centering themselves in preparation for the focused practice. As the session proceeds, participants engage in chanting for approximately 11 minutes. During this time, they embody the actions described—breathing deeply, chanting, and pulling in the navel.
After the chanting segment, participants are guided through additional breathing exercises, such as holding the breath while pushing the tongue to the roof of the mouth, promoting internal awareness and grounding.
