Transitioning to Standing Postures
Once you've gone through several leg movements, carefully roll up to a standing position. Engage in a sequence that has you raise your arms up towards the sky, stretching the body open and inhaling deeply. As you exhale, fold forward with control, letting your body flow up and down with increasing speed.
Here, the priority remains on maintaining a strong posture with aligned arms hugging the ears as you flow through your movements.
Concluding with Restorative Shavasana
After an invigorating session of movement, it's time to descend into rest. Lay back in Shavasana, arms relaxed at your sides with palms facing upwards. Draw your chin gently in, extend the neck, and allow your body to relax into the floor, releasing all tension.
