Following the initial breathing exercises, the participants moved into a series of core-focused workouts designed to invigorate the third chakra. These included leg lifts while seated, stretches, and positions like the stretch pose, which activates around 72,000 energetic pathways in the body. The combination of physical poses and Breath of Fire was intended to reset the nervous system and result in a significant energy boost around the navel area.
The kriya encouraged participants to maintain focus on their navel for energy transfer, complemented by controlled breathing throughout the various poses. They were given alternatives to adapt the exercises as needed while promoting strength and flexibility.
