The session began with the facilitator expressing gratitude for participants' presence. The intention was to purify the third chakra, inviting them to embrace the fiery aspects of this energy center. Rubbing hands together and closing eyes initiated the practice as participants took three deep, audible breaths to build heat and focus on their breath—an essential part of energizing the Manipura chakra.
Breath and Movement Practices
As the meditation deepened, participants were guided to visualize the fire element associated with Manipura. They engaged in various breath practices, interwoven with physical movements to release pent-up energy. The practice included inhaling deeply, pulling the pelvis floor inward, and utilizing bandha locks to stimulate energy flow.
