Utilizing a combination of seated and dynamic movements, participants engaged in shoulder rolls and Sufi grinds, both clockwise and counterclockwise, further stimulating the spine. This foundational work prepared the body for more intense practices, aiding in the release of stress and tension.
Building Fire Energy
After a warm-up phase, participants moved into a series of invigorating exercises designed to enhance their inner fire—namely, the "Frog Pose." This exercise involved synchronized movements of inhaling and exhaling to build stamina and physical connection to the Manipura chakra. Following this, the facilitator encouraged participants to explore their body's limits through shoulder stretches and rotations.
