Concluding the Practice with Sound
In transitioning to the next phase, participants were invited to connect with their heartbeats, creating a moment of grounding before the sound component of practice: the gong. Sound therapy has long been celebrated for its calming and restorative effects, promoting deep relaxation and integration of energy released throughout the session.
