Focused Breathing and Meditation
As the class progressed, Sevilla introduced Shabad Kriya, a breath-based exercise to heighten focus and channel energy effectively. Participants were guided through segmented rhythmic breathing patterns, incorporating mantras to deepen their meditative state and channel energy, specifically targeting the navel center.
