This week, at Imagine Academy, Pedro, the philosophy teacher and a founder of the school, introduced students to the Mandavani Griya meditation, focusing on a connection to the wisdom housed deep within our hearts.
With an emphasis on using a specific mudra (hand gesture) and mantra, the meditation aims to help participants access their heart's knowledge and channel this into their lives. The class was framed as a journey into self-discovery, where learners would seek to bridge the gap between thought and action through mindful practice.
