Participants were encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat as they prepared for a class designed to activate and balance the solar plexus chakra. The class began with grounding in a seated position, introducing a calming breath to awaken the body and mind. Inhaling deeply, students were instructed to feel the energy flowing through their bodies as they greeted the day with a mantra.
Physiological Warm-Up
Warm-ups included the practice of right nostril breathing, which is believed to activate the brain's active side, increasing focus and concentration. Following this, a series of Kundalini warm-ups were employed to flex the spine's energy pathways, warming the body and enhancing mobility.
