The session began with a grounding exercise to help participants settle into a comfortable seated position. By grounding down through the physical body and reaching up through the crown, everyone was encouraged to foster awareness of their energy and emotions. Acknowledging whatever feelings arose—whether joy, sadness, or even discomfort—was an integral part of this practice.
