To activate the Manipura Chakra further, the practice transitioned into four rounds of Surya Namaskar, designed to warm the body and build inner fire. As participants moved through the sun salutation sequence, the emphasis was placed on grounding through the feet while reaching high through the fingertips. This initiated a dynamic exchange of energy, awakening the body and stimulating the vital processes associated with the Solar Plexus.

In each round, the facilitator encouraged mindfulness in the physical sensations experienced—whether it was tightness, ease, strength, or exhaustion—as a means to cultivate a deeper awareness of self.
