Following this, participants ventured into Nabi Asana, designed to challenge balance and willpower. Although it required physical strength, the mental challenge was emphasized as well—encouraging participants to replace limiting thoughts with affirmations of strength and capability. This intersection of physical and mental fortitude exemplified the core lessons of Manipura Chakra.
The focus then shifted to Ustrasana (Camel Pose), a profound backbend that also required a strong engagement of the navel. This pose further cultivated inner strength, resilience, and humility. Encouragement was given to honor one’s body's limitations while reinforcing the navel's role in energizing the spirit.
