The journey of the Heart Awakened program begins with a warm and inviting Namaste, emphasizing the importance of love and gratitude in our lives. Over the next ten days, participants will engage in yoga practices that focus on opening the heart space, known in yogic terminology as the Anahata chakra. The heart chakra is seen as a pivotal point within the chakra system—its health and vibrancy can lead to profound feelings of love, acceptance, and overall fulfillment.
