With each deep inhalation through the nose, we allow ourselves to become present, noticing how our physical body feels, the state of our emotions, and the clarity of our mind. Acknowledging these layers without judgment, we decide to connect with our heart space deeper.

Setting an intention is a beautiful practice. One could mentally repeat phrases such as, "May I practice out of love for myself," or "May I practice for the benefit of all beings." This intention resonates within our hearts, paving the way for a powerful practice.
