Part 4/8:
From our seated position, we transition to standing at the front of the mat for our Sun Salutations. Through the rounds, we focus on deep, rhythmic movements, breathing in sync with each posture. The exploration includes forward bends, heart-opening stretches, plank holds, and downward-facing dogs. Each of these movements serves to awaken our physical bodies while linking us back to the breath and the heart space.
With an emphasis on awareness and self-care, we remind ourselves that every practice is unique. We adapt the poses as required, ensuring safety and comfort while enjoying the energizing flow.
