As our chest opens and expands, we meditate on the heart while grounding ourselves in this pose. This segment of the practice invites participants to connect with their inner sense of freedom, lightness, and unconditional love.
Nurturing Rest and Reflection
After the intensity of the practice, we transition into a soothing Child’s Pose. Here, we embrace a moment of stillness and reflection, channeling gratitude and self-love into our heart center. The affirmation of “Thank you, I understand you, I love you” reinforces our commitment to compassion towards ourselves and others.
