Beginning with gentle spinal movements, the facilitator leads through a series of dynamic exercises designed to awaken the spine and heart area. Through movements such as spinal flexes and twists, participants engage in rhythmic breathing that amplifies heart-opening. Each inhalation is a call for expansion, while each exhalation allows for tension to melt away.
The focus remains on developing inner awareness and connecting to the energy that flows through the heart center, reinforcing the theme of surrender.
