As the flow progresses, the practice incorporates various dynamic movements and sounds. Participants are encouraged to visualize themselves as flowing water while sneaking their spines and gradually awakening energy centers. Engaging in physical expression, the focus shifts to the "B Mantra," a rhythmic chant that reverberates through the space, further deepening the connection between body and spirit.
With each inhalation, the energy builds, inviting participants to push away negativity—symbolized as weeds—while reaching for the sky with their hands. The shared experience fosters unity as participants hold each other's hands, promoting a sense of community and mutual support.
