Part 2/7:
We begin today’s class by finding a comfortable seated position, tuning into our breath, and setting the intention for our practice. With eyes closed and a deep inhalation through the nose, we begin to focus inward, allowing ourselves to cultivate an awareness of how we feel in our bodies, our emotions, and our energy levels in this moment.
As we settle in, we are reminded that whatever we are feeling is perfect; there is no need to change anything. The practice is designed to meet us where we are, allowing us to embrace ourselves fully. With hands joined at the heart, participants are encouraged to set personal intentions or to mentally repeat the affirmations of love and truth as we prepare for the physical journey ahead.
