To awaken the spine and heart further, we dive into some Sufi Grind exercises involving large, expressive movements. With hands resting on the knees, we rotate our body in circles, focusing on opening the heart and lung area. Breath guides our movement—inhale as we come forward, exhale as we round back.

Continuing with the energy flow, we perform arm swings, lifting our elbows and crossing them with each inhalation and exhalation. This movement aims to channel more energy into the chest area, allowing our breath to resonate with joy and love.

Next, we shift into shoulder shrugs, bringing awareness to the shoulders as we lift them up to the ears on inhalation and drop them down on exhalation. This awareness helps elevate our energy and prepares us for deeper practices ahead.
