Part 3/6:
Transitioning into yoga postures, we commence with a wide-legged child's pose, allowing our bodies to feel supported by the earth. Encouraging gentle movements, we sway side to side, opening up the side body and fostering a deep connection to our heart space. This practice is much about relaxation and awareness as it is about physical movement.
We gradually work through various postures, including Camel Pose and Triangle Pose, always maintaining an intention of tenderness and self-awareness. Each pose, whether it be in a gentle twist or a heart-opening arch, serves to unravel our hearts, allowing more love to flow into our lives.
