Beginning the Class with Breath
Let’s begin our session with pranayama. You can find your comfortable seated position, either in rock pose or easy pose. Now, close your eyes and start to connect to your breath. Reflect on your breathing today: where has it taken you? Allow yourself to settle into your body and clear your mind, preparing yourself for the yoga practice ahead.
