Integration: Chanting and Closing Affirmations
Towards the end of the session, the practice transitions to seated positions, where participants explore eagle arms, both to physically open the upper back and encourage heart chakra expansion. Then, with an engaging pranayama exercise that involves inhaling and exhaling with movement, the heat of the practice transforms into a more meditative focus.
