Part 2/8:
As the class began, Candace encouraged everyone to take a comfortable seated position, with the spine straight and the energy flowing freely from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Participants were guided to bring their palms together in a prayer pose at the heart center, creating warmth and intention. Candace emphasized the importance of focusing on the breath, using deep inhalations to fill the body with light and exhalations to release stress and distractions accumulated from everyday life.
