As participants engage in personal experimentation with truth, they are encouraged to focus on sensations such as a cool breeze or tingling, which signal the presence of spiritual energy. Feelings of peace, joy, and true love emerge as individuals align themselves with their pure spirit, free from the burdens of materialism and conditioned emotions.
