Continuing the practice, we seamlessly transition into traditional poses such as Cat-Cow, bringing awareness to our physical body and urging motion through the spine. This sequence transitions into a wider leg stance for a life nerve stretch, encouraging fluidity and energy flow into the lower chakras.
In this stage, participants are encouraged to visualize energizing connections at the base of the spine, allowing the foundational energies to prepare us for the advanced exercises ahead.
Final Integration and Relaxation
As we progress, we culminate our practice with the Ego Eradicator breath, holding the energy at its peak before incorporating key movements, including spinal flexes and twists. This not only caps off our work but also solidifies the energetic channels.
