At the heart of the lower chakras lie fundamental human experiences such as fear, the desire for existence, and sexual urges. Often, these energies intertwine with deeper psychological struggles, resembling a cycle of constant pursuit – often for fleeting pleasure or resolution. It’s common to find ourselves in a state of anxiety, envy, or power struggles, pushing and pulling through life’s demands.
In this emotional landscape, the negative polarities associated with the lower chakras often present challenges. It is essential to recognize that these lower energies aren't inherently negative; rather, they need proper alignment and flow. When we can effectively manage these lower energies, we open the door to the subtler, more intuitive capacities of our higher chakras.
