With hands resting either on the knees or at the third eye itself, everyone is invited to take deep, calming breaths that resonate through the nose. This initial breathing exercise focuses on the area between the eyebrows—a crucial point associated with our sixth sense, intuition, and manifestation of life’s purpose. Participants are asked to reflect on the affirmation: “I trust my intuition to guide me towards my life's purpose.”
