As customary in Kundalini practices, the session opens with the ADI Mantra, which translates to "I bow to the infinite wisdom within". This mantra serves as a meditative initiation, setting the intention for the practice ahead. Participants are guided through a series of actions: rubbing hands together, positioning them correctly based on gender, and adopting a focused sitting posture.
With eyes rolled inward toward the third eye, participants chant the mantra on two breaths, creating a harmonious sonic space. The use of rounded lips while sipping air mid-chant is highlighted to enhance the vibrational quality of the practice.
