As the session continues, eye exercises follow, intended to strengthen the muscles that support our intuitive sight. Participants engage in a series of movements—looking up and down, side to side, and tracing circles—all while maintaining relaxation in the shoulders and neck. These movements not only sharpen focus but also stimulate the energies associated with the third eye.
Active Release and Invigorating Movements
Laying back, palms generate warmth, creating a soothing effect over closed eyes. Following this moment of rest is a gentle facial massage, which serves to relax the facial muscles and brings further awareness to the forehead area. This is complemented by movements designed to energize and open up the spine, focusing on breathing deeply and moving with intention.
