Affirmations accompanying the meditation reinforce the idea of trusting one's intuition and acknowledging inner wisdom.
Participants are encouraged to take deep, grounding breaths, folding into a natural rhythm that enhances relaxation. At this stage, they repeat affirmations emphasizing their clarity of thought and inner strength.
