To begin our practice, we shifted into a reclined position. After making ourselves comfortable, we closed our eyes and focused on the Ajna Chakra, visualizing the indigo color associated with it. The awareness drawn to this area nourishes our connection to intuition and mental clarity.
Pranayama: Bee's Breath
The session included a unique breathing technique known as Bee's Breath, which involves a humming exhale while plugging the ears. This playful exercise encourages mindfulness and connects us further to the vibrational energy of our surroundings, enhancing our experience of the present moment.
