Part 5/7:
The session includes a series of exercises, beginning with powerful stances, followed by Triangle Pose and Bow Pose, amongst others. Each pose is performed with deep breathing, focusing on the Third Eye, while participants are reminded to stay present and persistent, pushing through moments of discomfort.
Rest and Reflection
Following dynamic postures, participants eventually transition to restorative poses, like the Child's Pose and Shavasana (Corpse Pose), where they are encouraged to absorb the benefits of the practice and continue connecting with their breath. These moments allow for reflection, quieting the mind and body while focusing inward on sensations and energy.
