As the practice commenced, participants were guided to close their eyes and engage in deep, resonant breathing through the nose. This included inhaling deeply to allow the belly to rise, followed by a complete exhale that involved consciously pushing the navel towards the spine. This technique served to enhance a sense of grounding and connection to one's inner wisdom, setting the stage for intuitive enhancement.
The session also introduced the significance of focusing on the “brow point” or third eye area between the eyebrows, an aspect of yogic practice aimed at stimulating the pituitary gland, which governs the body's command center. This focus was referred to as the "Ajna" chakra, pivotal for intuition and deeper insight.
