The practice transitions into various yoga poses, starting with a child's pose, where the forehead rests on the mat to ground the third eye to the earth. Nico leads participants into a gentle flow between puppy pose and the child’s pose, encouraging them to keep their focus towards the third eye throughout the movements.
As the session progresses, participants transition back to table pose, engaging in cat and cow variations to ensure proper engagement of the hips and spine. Nico then guides everyone into a downward-facing dog while inviting some movement to enhance the experience, like pedaling the feet and lifting onto the toes.
