Kundalini is an awakening of primal energy that can begin at the root chakra and ascend through the spine to the crown. An open crown chakra allows this energy to flow freely, resulting in feelings of liberation, completion, and spiritual bliss. Conversely, if the crown is closed, individuals may experience intense pressure or discomfort as energy builds up without an outlet.
In times of constriction, the tendency may be to control experiences tightly; however, true spiritual growth requires radical openness, which can feel intimidating but is essential for spiritual evolution.
